Introduction
Nemostar Pty Ltd is currently undergoing an expansion of its sales force. This presents opportunities to interested parties to become a member of our sales team.
We are currently offering positions of Commission Agents, this position can be a full-time or part-time or casual appointment.
Our main sales thrust is in the area of web site development. The commission agent will be required to develop new business and maintain business relationships with new clients (see benefit of recurring commissions, below). People with experience in the area of tender submission or large projects would be considered an advantage.
Our goal is to become a premier web site design/developer for small to large organisations. We have the tools in place to provide commercial benefit to clients previously unheard of in web site development; combined with the personnel to design and implement web sites, we believe we have the necessary attributes to sell our reputation as a premier web site developer to our clients.

Commission Agent Benefits
- Attractive commission rates. Commissions of 20% of calculable gross profit margins are available. Commissions upto 33% (of gross profit margin) will be offered to high performers.
- Perpetual commissions. Once a client is registered to a commission agent, then all subsequent sales will be assessed for commission (not-with-standing deregistration).
- Full documentation. The client commission list, commission schedule and commission report are the standard reports which the commission agent is entitled.
- Flexible hours. The commission agent is able to work as many hours as they please, thus enables the commission agent to either work on a full or part time basis.
- Client contact register. A register is kept of the contacts that the commission agent creates so that future sales commissions are assigned to the correct commission agent.
- Facilities available to qualify credit-worthiness of clients.
- Efficient inventory control system available. Inventory control allows the commission agent to sell product from stock, thus preventing "over-selling" of stock.
- Full feature estimating system available. An efficient, timely and accurate estimating system enhances the possibility of attracting more clients.
- Efficient job management/control system available. Having an efficient and accurate job management/control system reduces or eliminates the confusion that may arise from disputed charges.
- Efficient invoicing/debtors system. This will allow the efficient collection of debts and hence the prompt payment of commissions.
- Point-of-sale material available. Folios, brochures, samples and other point-of-sale material will be made available.
- Credit card processing facilities. MasterCard and VISA credit card merchant facilities available.
- Commissions are available across all divisions, hence the opportunity to on-sell other products/services from within the organisation.
- Commission agents have the choice of being paid as an employee or as an independent business (A.B.N. required).

Future Benefits

- New premises. Currently under renovation is a 150 square metre (15 squares) office studio complex. Space will be made available for the commission agent to perform any tasks as necessary.
- New sales management reports. With the on-going development of the software system, new reports emphasising client sales patterns, dormant client lists, etc., will be made available.
- Cheque authentication facilities (TeleCheck).
- Access to industry publications. A variety of publications are made available to staff members, these publications may be made available to commission agents to enhance their knowledge of the industry.
- Access to sales techniques publications. These publications are made available to people in the organisation to enhance their sales techniques for improved client sales.
